"It was a pleasure to participate in the training. It opened my eyes to another way to look at mediation. I have been through other mediation trainings but had not looked at mediation the way we learned from you. I will be using what I learned in my conciliations [at work] and I know it will make it easier for all participants."
"This training not only helped me build my knowledge base and improve my skillset, but it also allows me to assist our citizens with an alternate method of handling disputes rather than taking the legal route and charging a party with an alleged crime. [The trainer] definitely created a safe space making it easier to share and participate."
"Engaging, thought provoking, and consistently helpful information. [This training] helped me to better understand the process of diversion and it was enlightening to realize what diversion is and what it is not... I am so glad I participated in this training; it was a well worth it!"
